About Full Council
Full Council is the overall decision-making committee and is made up of 59 Councillors. It debates the recommendations from the Executive and other committees and determines the annual budget and Council Tax. It also determines the policy framework for the organisation, which includes how services will be provided and improved. It usually meets eight times each year.
