During August and September 2025 we consulted on the proposal to set up a 24-place special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) Additional Resources Provision (ARP) for students with recognised cognitive and learning difficulties.
The consultation results (PDF) are summarised in the Executive report and are available on our website as part of the Executive Committee papers. The majority of respondents supported the proposal to open new Additional Resource Provision (ARP) at Sandy Secondary School.
The Executive made a decision on 7 October 2025 to approve the proposal.
