Have your say in our housing tenancy changes consultation – your voice matters
We're now seeking feedback on the proposed changes and is carrying out a 6-week consultation to hear opinions from as many people as possible.
The consultation is open from Tuesday 7 April and will close on Tuesday 19 May.

What happens next?
Once the consultation has closed, feedback will be collated and presented to the Landlord Assurance Board for review. If changes are made, the new agreement will come into effect from summer 2026.
