Cancel your subscription
If you no longer wish to receive collections, your garden waste bin collections will stop at the end of March 2025, and you will not need to take any further action. If you decide to stop using the service part way through a subscription year, you do not need to tell us.
There are no refunds or part refunds for the cancellation of the service part way through the year.
Renew your subscription
Subscriptions will not automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. We will notify customers of the charge and payment date prior to the start of the service each year.
