We do not hold a waiting or mailing list, preferring to advertise opportunities that arise from time to time in the most targeted and appropriate manner via local agents and in the local and national farming press.

Bolebec - Land and Farmhouse
Prior to us leasing these farms, it is necessary to carry out essential works to ensure that the farm is in compliance with legislative requirements.
While we finalise the agreement, the land will still be farmed by the tenant farmer nominated by us.
We plan to initiate an application process for this holding around April / May 2025 with a view to a new tenant being on site in autumn 2025.

Priestley Farm x 2 holdings
These holding are currently undergoing extensive works to upgrade the housing accommodation and for the purposes of compliance. When complete, there will be two holdings ready to re-let for the purposes of a smallholder and or agribusiness.
For the short term the land is currently being farmed by an existing council tenant.
We plan to initiate application process for this holding in late summer 2025 with a view to a new tenant being on site in spring 2026.
