Recycling for schools

We offer a term-time only fortnightly recycling collection service for schools. Any additional collections outside of term time are charged per collection.

Because schools usually produce large quantities of recycling, we can provide a variety of different sized bins to suit your needs.

Please note that we do not offer residual (general waste) collections to schools. Please contact whoever provides your normal waste collection service.

Waste and recycling education

We can provide a variety of educational resources to engage pupils with waste reduction and recycling in your school. We offer a range of workshops, lessons, and assemblies for classes and eco-councils to help your school to improve recycling and reduce waste.

These include:

• recycling and waste audit 
• packed lunch packaging and waste audit
• waste and recycling assembly
• composting workshop

These can be tailored to suit your needs and can be adapted for different age groups. We can also arrange a visit to your school to identify how best we can support you to tackle any challenges you might be facing with recycling or waste reduction.
