Garden waste bins
You can order a garden waste bin online.
Bins (refuse, recycling and food waste)
If you don't currently have a refuse, recycling bin or food waste bin, please order one and we'll get it to you as soon as we can. There is no charge for this. Deliveries can take up to 10 working days.
Please note: Due to high demand, we’re aware that some residents may have been waiting slightly longer than normal to receive any new or replacement bin(s) which they may have recently ordered.
We apologise for this delay and can assure those that are waiting that our contractor is working hard to deliver all bins as quickly as possible.
If you need a bigger bin
If you have an ongoing requirement for additional bin capacity please let us know. All bin replacements are subject to approval from a one of our environmental service officers.
Garden waste sacks
If any of your garden waste sacks are lost or damaged then you can request a replacement. There is no charge for this. Deliveries can take up to 10 working days.
Food waste bags
If you receive the weekly food waste collection, you're able to order replacement food waste bags. Deliveries can take up to 10 working days.
Pink refuse sacks (for sack collection properties only)
If you do not have access to a bin and require more pink domestic refuse sacks, you can order them here. There is no charge for this. Deliveries can take up to 10 working days.
Orange recycling sacks (for sack collection properties only)
If you do not have access to a bin and require more orange recycling sacks, you can order them here. There is no charge for this. Deliveries can take up to 10 working days.
