Assisted bin collections

If you or no-one living at your property can put bins out for collection, we can help.

With an assisted collection, our crew will collect your bins, empty them and return them to an agreed place on your property.

This support can be temporary or permanent.

Assisted collections apply to all household waste containers, including:

  • general waste bins
  • dry recycling bins or sacks
  • food waste bins and caddies
  • garden waste bins, where subscribed

You can apply if you:

  • are in poor health
  • have a mobility issue or disability
  • are elderly and struggle to move bins
  • have no-one else at the property able to put bins out
