We are working with our partners Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care Board (ICB), East London NHS Foundation Trust, Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust (CCS), and primary care networks to achieve our vision of improving the health and well-being of our residents through greater integration and partnership working.

The Bedfordshire Wellbeing Service
The Bedfordshire Wellbeing Service provides consulting and counselling services for young adults and older people in Bedfordshire who experience mental health issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
CAMHS
The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) offers outpatient assessments, support, and treatment for children and young people up to the age of 18 who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health problems.
Children’s Physical Health
Rapid Response
The children’s rapid response service aims to prevent children and young people with acute illnesses or deteriorating conditions from being admitted to hospital or attending accident and emergency (A&E) departments.
Nutrition and Dietetics
The Nutrition and Dietetics Team provides evidence-based dietary advice to improve health and well-being, helping people live longer and healthier lives.
Continence Specialist Services
The Bedfordshire Continence Service offers advice, support, and treatment for individuals with continence needs, providing personalised treatment plans.

Dunstable Community Mental Health Service
The Dunstable Community Mental Health Service provides a blend of mental health and social care services, offering holistic care and promoting positive mental health and independence for individuals with complex and enduring mental health needs.
HUC - Emergency Out-of-Hours
HUC provides GP Out of Hours services through the NHS 111 service, available from 6:30pm to 8:00am on weekdays and continuously from Friday evenings through Monday mornings, including bank holidays. Patients can be booked into an out-of-hours appointment at Grove View based on the NHS 111 assessment.
Heart Failure Service
This service offers education, advice, and support to patients and healthcare professionals dealing with heart failure. The goal is to reduce hospital admissions by addressing symptoms early and educating patients on symptom management.
ICASH (Sexual Health Clinic)
iCaSH is a free NHS service providing sexual and reproductive health services, including contraception, STI and HIV testing, and treatment.
Musculoskeletal
Circle MSK provides services for NHS patients with musculoskeletal issues, including muscle, joint, bone, tendon, ligament, and some nerve-related problems.
The Parkinson’s Disease Service
This specialist service provides medication reviews, education, and support for patients and carers dealing with Parkinson’s Disease, helping manage this progressive neurological condition.
Path 2 Recovery (P2R)
Path 2 Recovery offers advice, support, and treatment for individuals over 18 living in Central Bedfordshire who are affected by alcohol or drug use.
Phlebotomy Community Services
The Bedfordshire Phlebotomy Clinic provides bookable services for residents with a Chiltern Vale GP.
Podiatry
The Podiatry Service provides assessment, treatment, and self-management advice for foot and lower limb conditions to help improve or maintain mobility and quality of life.
Priory Gardens GP Surgery
Priory Gardens GP Surgery, part of the Chiltern Hills Primary Care Network, relocated to the health and care hub and opened on 2 May 2023.
Speech and Language
The Adult Speech and Language Therapy (S<) Service offers assessment and treatment for adults with speech, language, voice, and swallowing difficulties.
Young Adults Independent Living Team (YAaIL)
YAaIL provides social care support for young adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or autism, helping them transition to independent living.
We work with local services and agencies to provide support for people with disabilities, helping them prepare for adulthood and live as independently as possible.
