Making a difference to older peoples' lives - overview
Supporting older people, people with physical disabilities and people with learning disabilities.
What will I be doing?
It’s up to you, really! If you have particular interests, we want to work with you to find an activity that suits you.
It could be anything from running an activity, helping with computer skills, supporting current clubs, playing the piano, gardening or simply playing games and chatting. It’s all about your skills and how you can make a difference.
What skills or experience do I need?
You'll be able to work on your own or as part of a team and be willing to treat others with dignity and respect.
Where will I be located?
We have care and support services in:
- Ampthill
- Biggleswade
- Dunstable
- Flitwick
- Houghton Regis
- Leighton Buzzard
What support will be given?
You would be mentored by a manager in the service and have training opportunities relevant to the activities you’re doing.
How do I find out more?
