Local Plan archive: Regulation 19 consultation

Local Plan Regulation 19 consultation (archive)

The pre-submission consultation (Regulation 19) ran between 11 January (10am) and 22 February 2018 (5pm) and is now closed. We read, collated and analysed all of the comments received and these were forwarded to the independent planning inspector, alongside the Local Plan when it was submitted to the Secretary of State on 30 April, 2018.

We had 6,303 comments (representations) in response to the final round of consultation (Regulation 19), which closed on 22 February, 2018. Every single representation was processed read and considered; the same as we did following the previous consultation (Regulation 18) last summer.

You can read any of these comments online. There is a magnifying glass icon next to each chapter/comment point, which allows you to view comments on that topic. Alternatively, you can search the representations.
