Existing plans which were or weren't included in our latest Local Plan
The Policy Coverage document sets out which policies in previous development plan documents are now superseded by new policies in the adopted Central Bedfordshire Local Plan 2015 to 2035.
Importantly, it also sets out which previous development plan policies are still relevant, by identifying those policies which are saved and therefore still applicable. In addition, site allocations are listed along with an update on their development progress.
A list of saved and superseded policies can also be found in Appendix 2 of the adopted Local Plan.
