Where we're planning to build new homes and deliver new jobs
By 2035, we'll have delivered at least 39,350 new homes and around 24,000 new jobs.
Over 27,000 of those homes are already built, or planned for.

Housing for Luton
By 2031, we'll deliver 7,350 homes to meet unmet housing needs for Luton.
We have to do this, under something called a "Duty to Cooperate". By law, we have work across boundaries when preparing our Local Plan. This happens everywhere and also means our Local Plan is sound.
