What you can do on the Housing One portal

Report repairs
You can report a repair and upload photographs of the problem. When you request a repair, you can choose the days and times that suit you. You can check the repair history of your home, change appointment times or cancel a repair. You can also request a heating repair.
Pay your rent
You can pay your rent, view recent transactions and check your balance. You can request a statement or payment card. If your account is in credit, you can request a refund. You can also apply to pay by direct debit.
Manage your home
You can request permission to improve your home and report changes to your household to keep our records up to date.
View gas information
You can find emergency contact details for gas problems and clear instructions on what to do.
Report incidents on your estate
You can report graffiti or fly-tipping in your area and upload photographs.
Report anti-social behaviour
You can report a new case of anti-social behaviour or update an existing one.
Tell us when you are moving home
You can give us the required notice if you want to end your tenancy. You can also find out how to apply for a mutual exchange or transfer.
