Schools: Find out more about holiday activities

If your school has pupils who are eligible for benefit-related free school meals, then they can access free activities through our holiday activities and food (HAF) programme.

The HAF programme provides fun, free activities for children and young people from Reception to Year 11 during the Easter, Summer and Christmas school holidays.

How does it work?

We have partnered with evouchers.com (part of Wonde) to manage bookings for HAF activities. We already work with evouchers.com to distribute supermarket vouchers to eligible families during the school holidays, so your school should already have a Wonde account. All correspondence about HAF will be sent to the email address that is already registered.

You will need to apply for vouchers for each child who is eligible for the programme, for each of the holiday periods. The process is simple and quick: a list of eligible children will be uploaded to the Wonde platform. Once you’ve reviewed and accepted this list, vouchers will be automatically generated and sent directly to families.

If you need support with the Wonde system or with applying for or allocating vouchers, please email support@evouchers.com.

We can provide you with posters and leaflets about the HAF programme, both paper copies and electronically. If you’d like to request promotional materials, or have any more questions about how the HAF programme works, please email haf@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk.
