The basis for the decision is that the nominated asset does not meet the eligible criteria for nomination. There is insufficient supporting information included in the nomination form to warrant consideration for Listing in that it did not demonstrate the events were community events / activities but rather pub activities supported by the community. It is not enough to say supported by the community but rather there needs to be evidence that these are community organised events on the garden.
