  • the address of the location of the land to which the application relates and the nature of the applicant(s) interest in that land
  • sufficient information to enable us to identify the planning obligation which the applicant wishes to have modified or discharged
  • the applicant's reasons for applying for the modification or discharge of that obligation
  • other information as we consider necessary to enable us to determine the application
  • a map identifying the land to which the obligation relates
  • other information the applicant considers relevant to the determination of the application.
