Anti-social behaviour info for housing tenants - Children playing

Advice

This is not anti-social behaviour.

Play is an essential part of every child’s life. It is vital for the enjoyment of childhood as well as their health, wellbeing and development.

Some behaviour can be annoying, or noisy. But, children playing in the street or communal areas is not anti-social behaviour - unless there is damage caused.

You can have a friendly word with the parents or carers as they may not be aware that the children are disturbing you.

We’ve put together some tips to help you resolve problems with neighbours in our step-by-step guide or links and information.
