Rights of way orders - Maulden Application No. 93

The appeal against the Council's refusal to make an order was upheld, see the Inspector's decision letter. The Council has been directed by the Secretary of State to make a modification order for the claimed bridleway route by 15 April 2026. Once the modification order has been made, there will be a period, as specified in the order notice, during which objections or other represntations may be made.
