This role would be supporting a child one to one who is currently in our 2 year old room. Experience of working with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is desirable. Along with experience working within an Early Years Setting, and an Early years Qualification. We are looking for someone who can support children with complex and challenging behaviours. They will know that children require lots of attention, just the right sort of communication, consistency and flexibility, and a non-judgemental approach. They need to be resilient, persistent and solution focused.
They will be assisting and supporting the child with day to day routines and also planning activities to suit their development needs. Working closely with our SENCO and parents.
