Change the current zebra crossing on the London Road and Dells Lane junction in Biggleswade to a pedestrian controlled pelican crossing.

Traffic does not stop for the current zebra crossing setup, pedestrians are regularly having near misses with cars which do not stop for the crossing regardless whether pedestrians are already on the crossing or waiting to cross.
