Bedfordshire – sessions take place in Bedford

(Ages and areas covered are subject to funding)

Up to six sessions of 1-2-1 therapeutic counselling sessions for 13 – 25-year-olds

The service works with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, bereavement, loneliness, self-esteem, difficulties in relationships, self-injury and eating problems.

Drop-ins – Saturday mornings between 10:30am until midday or Tuesday evenings between 4pm and 6pm in Bedford.
