Object and refuse planning permission to the two proposed industrial units off of Theedway. Application reference CB/22/00607/FULL.

The two industrial units are planned to be built within a housing estate, with the only access road to the industrial units is through the residential road. The residential road is already a built up area, they are planning on ripping down a newly build play park and build on a green area which is on top of houses already build. Overlooking peoples gardens, more air pollution, more road pollution, less green space and areas for walking dogs/letting children play out.
