The Pollution Team may be able to help with the following complaints:
- noise from commercial sources e.g. from pubs and clubs, construction sites, outdoor events etc.
- commercial bonfires
- dust and odour from commercial sources
- light nuisances e.g. security, decorative, advertising and display lighting
- insect pollution
- accumulations of waste on commercial land
What the team cannot help with:
- noise from air traffic or trains
- noise from vehicles on the highway
- domestic nuisance complaints
