How to speak at a public meeting

If you wish to speak at our meetings, apart from Development Management Committee, you can do so by registering to speak no later than two clear working days before the meeting.

If you wish to speak at a Development Management Committee meeting, please email committeemeetings@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk.

Speaking at a meeting using Microsoft Teams

Once you've registered to speak, we'll send you a link so that you can join the meeting online.

Read how to join council meetings using Microsoft Teams.

Once the virtual meeting starts, you'll be able to join and speak during the relevant item, before leaving the call at the conclusion of that item.

If you're unable to use Microsoft Teams, please email committeemeetings@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk to discuss a possible alternative arrangement.
