Severe weather emergency protocol (SWEP)

How we help rough sleepers during extreme weather

Sleeping rough is very dangerous, especially during severe weather.

Our severe weather emergency protocol (SWEP) will be activated from Tuesday 23 June, because temperatures are forecast to rise to approximately 34 degrees Celsius over the coming days.

We work with local homelessness services to decide when to activate the protocol. We do this to protect rough sleepers from serious harm, during extreme weather.

Noah Enterprise will be providing severe weather advice, water, sun cream, and other resources in order to safeguard the health of people sleeping rough.
