Older committee papers

Most meeting papers are publicly available unless there is a legal reason for them to be confidential.

We make decisions through committees made up of elected councillors.

Types of committee

  • decision-making committees – such as council, executive and regulatory committees that make formal decisions
  • overview and scrutiny committees – councillors who review decisions and examine how services are delivered
  • joint and partnership committees – meetings with partner organisations or other councils
