You must tell us if you move out of Central Bedfordshire or no longer qualify for an older person's or disabled person's bus pass.
You can cancel your bus pass in one of the following ways.
Call us
Contact us on 0300 300 8000 and ask us to cancel your bus pass.
Once we have cancelled the pass, you can safely destroy and dispose of it at home.
Return your pass by post
Send your bus pass with a short covering letter explaining why you are returning it, for example because you have moved out of Central Bedfordshire.

When we receive your bus pass, we will update our records, cancel the pass and securely destroy it.
