We want your views to help shape what we do. Sometimes we'll ask you for your feedback about a service or ideas for improving or changing a service through an engagement survey. Our live engagement surveys are below.
To ensure wide participation in our surveys and consultations, particularly when the topic matter is complex, we offer ‘in-person drop-in’ events and online webinars so that residents and stakeholders can meet the team, find out more about the subject, ask questions, and seek clarification before completing and submitting their response.
Times, dates, and locations for these events are published with the survey/consultation. Bookings and email addresses are required (so we know who to send the link to) for the online events that are held on Microsoft Teams. You can drop into the in-person events at any time during the published times. We try to arrange the sessions at different times (daytime and evening) to suit people's availability. Please check the Engagement Surveys page for information about events and webinars.
