We wanted your feedback on attending evening meetings and how you engage in our decision-making processes. As part of a trial of evening meetings we wanted to identify the barriers that hinder public involvement in meetings. We also wanted to better understand any obstacles preventing you from participating in the decision-making process.
This survey aimed to gather valuable insights that will inform our future approach.
The survey ran from 13 December 2023 until 11 January 2024. We will analyse the data and share key findings with the public. We will then explore ways to put in place suggestions received.
