Leighton Linslade at Examination
The 6-week submission consultation (Regulation 16) period was from 24 June 2026 to 29 July 2026 this was then extended to 20 August 2026. Leighton Linslade Town Council appointed David Kaiserman BA DipTP MRTPI to independently examine the Neighbourhood Plan.
The Leighton Linslade Neighbourhood Plan was submitted for examination on the 8 September
Mr Kaiserman wrote to the Town Council and the Council on the 28 September 2026 requesting clarification on Policy LL1 from the Town Council and Council giving a deadline for responses of 5pm on Friday 9 October.
