Children needing mainstream school support, families affected by domestic abuse, and young people in care will get renewed support under new Central Bedfordshire Council plans.
Eleven local authorities across the East of England have joined forces in a bid to collectively recruit more foster carers to look after some of the region’s most vulnerable children.
It was day of connections, conversations and cake for the volunteers of Central Bedfordshire at a celebration event held at The Rufus Centre, Flitwick on Wednesday 7 June.
