A taxi (private hire) driver from Luton has been fined and ordered to pay substantial costs following a successful prosecution by the Central Bedfordshire Council for overcharging a passenger.
A man who gave a false address in Central Bedfordshire to apply for a private hire operator's licence has had to pay costs of over £2,000 after our successful prosecution.
