The Leader of Central Bedfordshire Council will take further steps to push for rural areas to receive government funding for better flood defence, a multi-agency summit heard last week.
The Leader of Central Bedfordshire Council has thanked local volunteers for their crucial role in helping communities respond to and recover from recent flooding.
