Children needing mainstream school support, families affected by domestic abuse, and young people in care will get renewed support under new Central Bedfordshire Council plans.
At a meeting on 1 April, Members of our Executive will be asked to approve plans to consult on a proposed change to the Council’s Home to School Transport policy for students aged 5 to 16.
Work has begun on a new sports hall and multi-use games area (MUGA) at Edward Peake CofE School, which will enhance physical education opportunities for students.
A new Additional Resource Provision (ARP) will open at Stratton School in January to support autistic children and enhance local access to specialist education.
