Domiciliary care careers
Our vision is to be there for you. We will recognise you as an individual personality with your own uniqueness, character and life experiences. We will give you your freedom to walk your own journey.
However, you say it, we will listen. Our aim is for our customers to only have to tell their story once; one time, one story, one journey. Pushing boundaries and breaking down barriers to enrich their lives. We will be there for you, to promote and celebrate your continued successes.
Working in domiciliary care
Care work has been for some time a job in which people are proud of what they do, and what they achieve.
From 18 and over, certain people need that additional support, albeit as a result of age, injury and or health conditions. As a care worker, you can be there for that person when they most need it. From offering personal care to getting them involved within the community, you will be responsible for their wellbeing, and in the development of their independence.
Who we're looking for
Are you caring, responsible, good with people? No formal qualifications are required for this job, the focus has been, and always will be, the kind of person you are.
Looking back, you will often find you’ve cared for a friend or family member, and this in itself is more than an indication you are capable to take on the challenge, and jump straight into a rewarding, welcoming and growing role.
If this sounds like you, and you’re looking for that little something extra, this could be the ideal position for you.
