Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

Tai chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. It is a gentle form of physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
