Buggy Fitness in Central Bedfordshire

Our Buggy Fitness sessions are designed to get you fit whilst giving the opportunity to meet and socialise with other mums and dads. Run by instructors who are parents themselves, everyone is encouraged to work at their own fitness level and there is no pressure to keep up with others. Buggy Fitness is mostly about having fun but has the added bonus of getting you fitter along the way!

Each session is an hour long and varies each week.

Sessions include:

  • active warm up
  • boxing
  • HIIT (high intensity interval training)
  • circuit training (with kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, skipping ropes, agility ladders and more)
  • resistance bands
  • bodyweight workouts
  • lots of walking/jogging
  • finishing with a cool down and lots of stretching leaving you feeling ready to take on the world

Important information

Before starting a post-natal fitness class, please always check with your GP or midwife. We recommend a 6-week postnatal check before exercise, which you can request with your GP. If you had a caesarean, you need to wait 10 to 12 weeks after the birth before participating in any form of exercise.
