About our Boditrax health and wellbeing kiosks
Who can use Boditrax?
- you need to be over 18 and have an active email address
- do not use if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker
How much does a scan cost?
Nothing; scans are free.
You need to know your height
Measure your height, before you use the kiosk. You should be standing with a straight back and not wearing any footwear, other than socks or tights. Inputting your height is essential, as it will be used to compare and analyse your results. Having an incorrect height will over or underestimate your body composition results.
Cleaning procedures
Maintaining a high level of hygiene is essential when we have a high volume of people using the Boditrax kiosk.
To ensure the kiosk is clean, please:
- wash your hands before and after use
- wipe down and clean the monitors screen, handles and scales before and after each use, using the cleaning products provided
How to check your results
After your scan you will receive a confirmation email explaining more about your scan and how you can find out more about your results.
At the kiosk
At the kiosk, you can view your results on the screen by pressing View my Results.
In the app
Get the Boditrax app on Apple's App Store

Online
You can also view your results on Boditrax's website.
Set personal goals
This section is one of the most important. Without goals, you are less likely to improve your health and wellbeing. Goals can be set using the app or website.
Track
This section allows you to track previous readings and results, so you can check how you are progressing.
