What you can expect from your visit

The safety of all our customers and staff is extremely important to us and we have put a number of measures in place to allow for the safe re-opening of our library theatre.

If you have COVID-19 symptoms or are self-isolating

We ask that you do not attend the theatre if you have COVID-19 symptoms or should be self-isolating for any other reason.

Test and Trace

An NHS Test and Trace QR code is available for you to scan as you enter the premises.

Face coverings

We strongly recommend you wear a face covering whilst moving around the theatre. It can be removed once you have taken your seat, but you are also welcome to leave it in place if you feel more comfortable.

Sanitise your hands

Please sanitise your hands as you enter the building, and regularly throughout your visit using the hand sanitising stations available within the theatre.

Social distancing

The capacity within the auditorium has been reduced and we are operating socially-distanced seating. Please ensure that you leave at least one seat between your group and the next group.

Please maintain social distancing throughout your visit and respect the space of those around you.

Buying your tickets

Tickets are only available to buy in advance via our website or from the box office during library opening hours, this is so we can ensure the safest and quickest entry for customers.

Bar purchases

Drinks can be purchased and taken to your seat to enjoy.

Toilets

Toilets are available but there is a limit on the number of people allowed to use them at any one time.
