Supporting social housing and private rented tenants

Tenancy sustainment support

Coronavirus update

Due to COVID-19, our drop-in sessions are being replaced by phone calls, video calls, or email support.

How we can support you

If you rent your home directly from us, are 16 or over and your tenancy is (or could be) at risk due to financial insecurity, mental health issues, a history of homelessness, or other complex support needs, we can support you.

Our flexible support service will work with you to find the best housing solution to meet your specific needs.

We'll work with you if you're:

  • at risk of losing your home and if you are, or could become, homeless
  • living in temporary accommodation
  • moving from supported housing or custody to independent living
  • needing help to increase your independence

We want to support you to remain independent and live confidently within your own home. Our priority is to protect the vulnerable, improve wellbeing and enable people to participate in their community and contribute to the local economy.
