For vehicles heading east through Clophill (towards Shefford):

head south along the A6 (towards Luton)
join the A5528 Stockingstone Road (just before Luton cricket ground)
join the A505, head through Stopsley (towards Hitchin)
join the A600 Bedford Road in Hitchin and head north (towards Shefford)
join the A507 (towards Ampthill, Clophill) at RAF Henlow
continue west to Clophill

For vehicles heading west through Clophill (towards Ampthill/ Flitwick):

head east along the A507 towards Shefford and RAF Henlow
join the A600 Bedford Road (towards Hitchin)
join the A505 in Hitchin and head west towards Luton
join the A5528 Stockingstone Road and then join the A6 heading north (just after Luton cricket ground)
continue along the A6 heading back north to Clophill
