Determined admission arrangements for community and voluntary controlled schools
We're the admissions authority for all community and voluntary controlled schools. This means we're responsible for admissions to the school. Part of this responsibility includes consulting with relevant parties where changes are proposed and determining the admission arrangements for community and voluntary controlled schools each year.
Academic year: 2027/2028
Following approval by Executive delegated decision, the admission arrangements for 2027-28 have been determined. Following consultation, there were changes to the following schools:
- Edward Peake CofE VC School, Biggleswade - changes to admissions oversubscription criteria
- St. Andrew’s CofE VC Primary School, Biggleswade (both sites) - changes to admissions oversubscription criteria
- Shillington Lower School, Shillington - reduction to published admissions number (PAN) to 15.
The coordinated schemes for admission in the academic year 2027 to 2028 have been determined as follows:
