Golf study: minerals and waste
In November 2015, we commissioned a golf study for Central Bedfordshire. This was done primarily to provide an up to date context for determining planning applications for major golf related development which can require significant amounts of waste soils. The strategy provides an evidence base for golf development across the district.
The study has been developed using the up-to-date Sport England Assessing Needs and Opportunities Guide (ANOG) methodology and provides us and our partners with a robust evidence base and set of strategic priorities to direct future sports planning policy and funding.
