Community Alcohol Partnership

Community Alcohol Partnerships (CAPs) bring together local retailers and licensees, trading standards, police, health services, education providers and other local stakeholders to tackle the problem of under age street drinking and associated anti-social behaviour.

Working with the Community Safety Partnership to tackle underage street drinking, the 100th CAP launched in the Biggleswade at the end of March.

Since then, work has been taking place with local businesses, schools, police, health services and other local stakeholders to address the various issues linked to underage street drinking and how to tackle them.
