Day services for older people

Results of survey on day centre closures

During the pandemic, we have had to suspend the operation of our day centres. However, we have been able to build on our close working relationships with people accessing services and their families. Regular check-in calls have been going on since March and through a survey, we’ve also been able to capture feedback on how people are doing and what they want and need going forwards. The survey reports are provided below.

Feedback reports

We are currently looking at when and how we can reopen them in a safe manner. We will update our customers and the website with further information as soon as we are able to.
