Who is it for?

Care leavers who are aged 18+.

Who runs it?

  • education
  • training
  • seeking employment
  • benefit claims

What we're trying to achieve

We'll help you to:

  • to set goals for your future
  • improve overall outcomes
  • seek employment
  • get our support in or outside of a job

How it works

If you choose to work with us:

  • you will be given a named contact for each organisation should you have any queries
  • we'll support you to attend your first appointment with your work coach
  • if you give permission, we'll share your leaving care status with the work coach so that they can support you to reach your full potential
  • your DWP work coach with share details of opportunities that may interest you with our children’s services
  • you will be supported with benefits claims
  • your payments of benefits will arrive in a timely manner
  • we will support you to become finically independent
  • we will try and support you through work, training or education but if this is not possible, due to additional needs, we will continue to support you financially any way we can
