What to do if you're homeless during the coronavirus pandemic
If you need help because you are threatened with homelessness or are homeless, please do not visit our offices.
Instead:
- tell us online (please tell us as much information as possible, so we can respond as efficiently as we can)
- we'll phone you to assess your case and refer you for a full assessment (by telephone) if required
If you don't have anywhere to sleep tonight
If you do not have anywhere to sleep tonight call us on 0300 300 4370 during office hours. If we're closed, please call 0300 300 8098. You can speak to someone 24/7, 365 days per year.
Office hours are:
- Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 5pm
