What is the smart home device?

Every apartment is fitted with a smart home device that combines wellbeing and safety technology. Residents can use the touchscreen or emergency pendant to access 24-hour care, make video calls to other residents, use the video door entry system and book activities taking place within the building.

Will the apartments be decorated before I move in?

Yes. Apartments are finished in a neutral colour scheme with fitted flooring and are ready for you to furnish.

Do the apartments use gas or electricity?

All apartments have electric induction hobs and ovens.

Are the showers electric?

No. The showers are supplied from the mains water supply.

Do the apartments come with a structural guarantee?

Yes. Every home comes with a 10-year Advantage structural guarantee.
