Priory View in Dunstable opened in April 2016 and won the Pinders Healthcare Design Award for Best Independent Living Scheme in 2017. Developed by Central Bedfordshire Council, it is a vibrant and welcoming independent living community close to the centre of Dunstable, where visitors are encouraged to come in and discover everything it has to offer.

Priory View offers much more than its 83 apartments. Facilities include:

The facilities and layout at Priory View are designed to create a strong sense of community and friendship between residents. As one resident put it, "It's like living on a cruise ship!"
Priory View won the Pinders Healthcare Design Award for Best Independent Living Scheme in 2017 and was also shortlisted for the Top 60 Housing Development Awards in 2016.
